If your cat was vaccinated at another vet clinic please provide proof of vaccination by email or in person prior to the day of the booking4/ Dietary InformationWe provide a good quality dry cat food for cats in our cattery. Please note below if you will be supplying your cat’s own food for their stay.5/ Parasite preventionAll cats boarding at a Veterinary Hospital Group clinic must be up to date with a registered flea preventative. If your cat is not up to date with flea prevention, they will be treated on admission at your expense.Please advise product and last application date:6/ Emergency CareIf your pet becomes ill during their stay we will always attempt to contact you to update you and discuss any required treatment. If we can not contact you, your pet will be treated as required by our experienced veterinary team at your expense. The Veterinary Hospital Group is happy to organise "standby" payment arrangements for clients going on holidays, in case veterinary treatment is required.I understand and give consent for treatment if deemed necessary by a Veterinary Hospital Group Vet
